Using the platform
One account per person
One verified account per phone number and device. Light KYC for customers; full GST/PAN KYC for dropshippers and distributors.
PIN binding
Your registered PIN is your commercial zone. Changes require admin approval or a cooldown to prevent scarcity evasion.
Scarcity is final
Once a SKU is purchased or pre-booked in a PIN, it is permanently unavailable to others in that PIN.
Prohibited conduct
Bots, PIN spoofing, device farming and referral fraud lead to order cancellation and account action.

How we handle your data
What we collect
Phone, name, PIN and address, KYC documents where required, device fingerprint, and transaction records.
Why we collect it
To enforce scarcity, verify identity, route fulfilment, issue GST invoices and prevent fraud.
Your rights
Handled under the DPDP Act 2023 — access, correction and grievance redressal via our support channels.
Consent-based messaging
WhatsApp promotions need opt-in; SMS follows DLT-registered templates with recorded consent.
Payment data
Card and UPI credentials are handled by PCI-DSS compliant licensed gateways, never stored by us.
Audit logs
Immutable event logs for scarcity, wallet, stock and fund operations support dispute resolution.
No return, only exchange
Exchange consent is captured before every payment with timestamp, user, order, IP/device and policy version. Checkout cannot proceed without it.
Fulfilment starts after payment
Stockist routing
Paid orders route to the mapped district distributor by PIN serviceability; distributors only ever see paid orders.
Certified dispatch
Each parcel ships with the GST invoice and a QR digital certificate for the SKU and PIN.
Serviceability
Delivery addresses must fall inside a covered PIN cluster; uncovered districts show an Apply Now stockist option.
Timelines
Indicative delivery windows are shown per PIN cluster at checkout and updated through Track Order.
Status updates
In-app, push, SMS, email and WhatsApp notifications from Payment Received to Delivered.
Exchange logistics
Approved exchanges are collected and re-dispatched by the same district stockist.
